Pop up alerts. Can be set to run at startup of the computer. Ideal for heavy headset only users, especially in Call Center applications. Please note: Desktop Softphone is an optional application that can be used in conjunction with or instead of the webRTC Chrome web browser based Web Phone softphone (included at no charge). Web Phone has more integration with team presence, SMS, Chat messaging, video, etc.
