Call Queue

Call queues provide a method of routing callers to people in your organization. Calls are distributed one at a time to the users logged into the queue (known as Agents).  Call queues provide: A greeting message. Music or messaging while people are waiting on hold or the Call Back feature can be utilized so callers don't have to wait before being connected.  With Pre-Queue and In-Queue configurations - Round Robin, Ring All, Linear Hunt, Linear Cascade and Call Park (Static & Dynamic) are all methods in which call can be distributed to your Call Agents.
